How clinic software is priced in Pakistan

Two quotes can look far apart and still cost the same over a year, because vendors charge in different ways. These are the four you will meet.

  • Monthly subscription

A fixed fee each month, usually for software in the cloud. It costs little to start, and the cost stops when you stop. Ask what the fee covers and whether it renews by itself.
  • One-time licence

One larger payment, usually for software installed on a computer at the clinic. Ask what you pay each year after that for maintenance and updates, and who backs up the data.
  • Per doctor or per user

A fee for each login. It looks small at first and grows with the team, so count your receptionists and pharmacy staff as well as your doctors before you compare.
  • Custom quote

Common for hospitals, where the price depends on beds, departments, on-site work and integrations. Get every item in writing, including what happens in the second year.

Questions to ask before you pay

These are the costs that often stay out of a first quote. Ask every vendor the same questions. Here are our answers.

  • Is there a setup fee?

    SehatDoc has none.
  • Is training included?

Yes. We train your staff on a call and set the clinic up with you. On-site onboarding is available on Elite, on request.
  • Is the price in rupees?

Yes. There is no dollar invoice that moves with the exchange rate.
  • What else will I need to pay for?

Pharmacy and WhatsApp are optional paid add-ons on every plan. Ask us for the current fee before you decide.
  • Does it renew by itself?

No. You pay by transfer, so if you stop paying, access ends at expiry.
  • Can I take my data with me?

Yes. Ask for an export at any point and you get your patients, visits and invoices in a readable format.
  • Who does the backups and updates?

We do. SehatDoc runs in the cloud with automated backups, so there is nothing to install or update at the clinic.
  • What do I need at the clinic?

A computer or phone with a browser and an internet connection. SehatDoc does not work offline, so a backup connection is worth having.

What a year costs

The plan price times twelve, before tax and any add-ons. On Solo, that is about PKR 133 a day.

Questions about price

Still unsure? Send us the question and a person — not a bot — will answer it.

How much does clinic management software cost in Pakistan?

It depends on how the vendor charges: monthly, one-time, per user or by custom quote. SehatDoc starts at PKR 4,000 a month for one doctor and one receptionist, with no setup fee.

What does a hospital management system cost in Pakistan?

Hospital systems are usually quoted, because the price depends on beds, departments and on-site work. In SehatDoc, wards, ICU and NICU are on the Care and Elite plans, and Elite is priced for your clinic. Contact us with your bed count and departments for a quote.

Is monthly software cheaper than a one-time licence?

It costs less to start, and you can stop at any time. A one-time licence can cost less over many years, but only after you add yearly maintenance, updates, backups and the computer it runs on. Compare the total over the same number of years.

Does SehatDoc have a free trial?

There is no open free trial. Book a 20-minute walkthrough to see SehatDoc with your own questions before you pay.

How do I pay for SehatDoc?

You pay by transfer. There is no auto-renewal, so if you stop paying, access ends at expiry. Prices exclude tax.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. SehatDoc is monthly with no long-term contract. To change plan, ask us or use the billing page in your portal.
