This Cookie Policy explains how SehatDoc ("we", "us", or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on the SehatDoc clinical management platform (the "Service").
By using our platform, you agree to our use of cookies as outlined in this policy. We use cookies primarily to ensure account security, maintain user sessions, and provide a seamless practitioner experience.
2. What are Cookies?
Cookies are small data files that are placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. Cookies are widely used by online service providers to make their websites work, or to work more efficiently, as well as to provide reporting information.
Cookies set by the website owner (in this case, SehatDoc) are called "first-party cookies". Cookies set by parties other than the website owner are called "third-party cookies".

A. Essential Authentication Cookies
These cookies are strictly necessary for the operation of the platform. They allow us to identify your clinical session, keep you logged in between page loads, and prevent security vulnerabilities.

B. Functional Preference Cookies
These cookies allow the platform to remember choices you make, such as your preferred laboratory report view, sidebar collapsed state, or language preferences.
C. Analytics and Security Monitoring
We use limited analytics cookies to understand platform performance, find bugs, and monitor for unauthorized login attempts. These do not contain identifiable patient or financial data.
4. Third-Party Service Integrations
SehatDoc utilizes trusted third-party services which may place cookies on your browser:
- Google reCAPTCHA: We use reCAPTCHA to prevent bots from attempting to access medical accounts. This service may place cookies to verify human interaction.
- Firebase Authentication: For clinics using social sign-on features, Firebase may use cookies to facilitate secure authentication tokens.
5. How to Control Cookies
Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. However, since SehatDoc is a mission-critical medical platform, disabling "Essential" cookies will result in the inability to log in to your dashboard.

6. Compliance Policy
Our cookie implementation is designed to be privacy-first. We do not use "Tracking Pixels" or "Marketing Retargeting" cookies that track practitioner behavior across non-medical websites.
