booking.sehatdoc.com is the patient’s side of SehatDoc. They search, pick a time from your working hours and send a request — and your clinic decides what happens next.

Your real free times
The times on offer are worked out from the working hours your clinic sets in SehatDoc, so a patient never picks a slot you do not sit.
A request, not a surprise
The patient sends a booking request. It lands in Online Bookings in your SehatDoc portal, and nothing is booked until the clinic confirms it.
A private status link
Every patient gets a private link to their own request, so they can see whether it is confirmed without ringing the front desk.
No account, no app
Patients use it free, in the browser on their phone. There is nothing to download and no sign-up before they can book.
A public profile for each doctor
Every doctor and clinic gets its own profile page, which helps them appear in Google searches such as “gynecologist in Lahore”.
How a clinic gets listed
Five steps, from the portal you already use
Your listing is set up in SehatDoc under Settings → Public Listing. Fill it in once; the free times keep themselves up to date from your working hours.

Verification and trust
Real doctors, checked before anyone can book them
A directory is only useful if patients believe it. Every listing on booking.sehatdoc.com has been reviewed by SehatDoc before it goes live.
Every listing is reviewed
SehatDoc reviews each clinic’s listing before it appears on booking.sehatdoc.com. Nothing goes live just because a form was filled in.
Doctors are checked against their council
We check each doctor’s PMDC registration (or their other council’s) before the listing goes live. Verified doctors carry a verified badge.
The clinic stays in control
A patient can only request a visit. The clinic confirms every request in the SehatDoc portal, so your diary never fills up behind your back.
Advance payment
Ask for an advance, or don’t — it is your clinic’s call
Set it once in the Payments step of your listing. A patient sees which rule applies before sending a request.
No advance
Patients request a time and pay at the clinic as they do today.
Optional advance
Patients can pay in advance if they want to; the request goes through either way.
Advance required
The patient sends the transfer and attaches the screenshot and transaction ID. Your clinic checks the payment before confirming.

What is SehatDoc Booking?
SehatDoc Booking is a public doctor directory at booking.sehatdoc.com. Patients across Pakistan search for a doctor by city and specialty, see the doctor’s real free times and send a booking request, which the clinic confirms in its SehatDoc portal.
How much does it cost?
Nothing extra. A listing on booking.sehatdoc.com is included in every paid SehatDoc plan at no additional cost. It is not available during the free trial. Patients use it free.
How does my clinic get listed?
In the SehatDoc portal, open Settings → Public Listing and complete five steps: clinic details, about & photos, doctors, payments, then review & send. SehatDoc reviews the listing and checks each doctor’s registration before it goes live.
Will patients be booked into my diary automatically?
No. A patient sends a request, it appears under Online Bookings in your portal, and the clinic confirms it. Nothing is booked without the clinic.
How are doctors verified?
SehatDoc checks each doctor’s PMDC registration, or their registration with another medical council, before the listing goes live. Verified doctors show a verified badge on their profile.
Can we ask patients to pay in advance?
It is your choice: no advance, an optional advance, or a required advance. With a required advance the patient sends a transfer screenshot and transaction ID, and the clinic checks it before confirming.
Do patients need an account or an app?
No. Patients book in the browser without creating an account, and each request comes with a private status link they can open to see where it stands.
Will it help my clinic show up on Google?
