What is medical billing software?
It is software that records what a clinic charged, what the patient paid and what is still due, then prints a receipt and adds it all up in reports. In Pakistan that mostly means direct patient bills rather than insurance claims.
Does SehatDoc take card or JazzCash payments?
No. SehatDoc has no payment gateway. It records how a patient paid you: cash, card, JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfer.
Can a patient pay in parts?
Yes. Record what they pay today, and the balance stays on their record until it is cleared.
Can I print on a thermal printer?
Yes. SehatDoc prints A4 invoices and thermal slips, and you can customise both under Settings.
Is this for clinics in Pakistan, or for US medical billing work?
For clinics and hospitals in Pakistan billing their own patients in rupees. It is not a tool for US insurance billing or for outsourced billing companies.
